Property Thermal Survey
A thermal sweep of your land gives you a completely different perspective on your property. One that cuts through darkness, brush, and distance. Using a high-resolution thermal imager, I scan tree lines, fields, fence rows, barns, sheds, and outbuildings to reveal things the eye simply can’t catch.
You’ll see where wildlife is moving at night, whether something has been bedding down near your home, and if predators like coyotes are slipping through your pasture or along your treeline. Heat signatures show up instantly, a deer standing still in heavy brush, a raccoon raiding a barn, or a stray animal taking shelter under equipment.
Thermal imaging also exposes structural temperature anomalies you’d never notice in daylight:
• hot spots that can indicate failing wiring or equipment warming unevenly,
• cold voids in walls or roofs where insulation is missing,
• draft pathways where heat is escaping,
• warm zones where livestock has gathered or pushed up against gates or panels,
• and unusual heat patterns that signal ventilation issues or trapped moisture.
If you have outbuildings, the survey can reveal whether something is living in them, nesting in rafters, or slipping in and out at night. It shows whether your barn doors and windows are sealing properly, whether heat is leaking from tack rooms or workshops, and whether equipment is running hotter than it should.
A property thermal survey doesn’t guess — it shows. It gives you a clear, evidence-based picture of what’s happening on your land when no one is watching.
